Exclusive women’s retreat for a maximum of six participants.
Through transformative group processes, mindful movement, awareness practices, and creative moments of enjoyment, the retreat offers a deep reset for your nervous system and inner balance – creating space for renewed clarity, deeper connection, and inner strength.

Wednesday – September 9
INDIVIDUAL ARRIVAL

Arrival at ZENZONE Retreat Resort.
4:00 p.m. Welcome & First Gathering
We begin the retreat with a first shared moment, getting to know each other and gently arriving together in the space.
6:30 p.m. Shared Plant-Based Fine Dining Dinner
The evening unfolds in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Thursday – September 10
DEEP RESET I
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Shared Brunch
10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Systemic Constellations Group Process
This session offers the opportunity to explore personal themes, gain new perspectives, and recognize deeper inner dynamics. Systemic constellations can reveal hidden patterns and open space for new clarity and understanding.
1:30 p.m. Optional Light Lunch
Time for integration, rest, or to explore the resort and surrounding nature.
3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Dance Yourself Free
Through movement, music and conscious body awareness, space opens for expression, release and renewed energy. The body is invited to move freely while inner processes can unfold through movement.
6:30 p.m. Shared Plant-Based Fine Dining Dinner
The evening closes in a relaxed atmosphere.

Friday – September 11
DEEP RESET II
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Shared Brunch
10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Mindfulness & Emotional Release Workshop
This workshop focuses on developing awareness of inner processes. Through mindful practices and guided exercises, space is created to recognize emotions, release inner tension and gently support the nervous system in returning to balance.
1:30 p.m. Optional Light Lunch
Time for integration, rest, or to explore the resort and surrounding nature.
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Paint & Wine – Creativity & Enjoyment
A creative workshop guided by a local artist. In a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere, creative expression can unfold while enjoying regional wines or non-alcoholic alternatives. Each participant will take her own artwork home as a personal memory of the retreat.

6:30 p.m. Shared Plant-Based Fine Dining Dinner
The evening ends in a warm and relaxed atmosphere together.

Saturday – September 12
INTEGRATION & ENJOYMENT
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Shared Brunch & Reflection
A relaxed morning with space for conversations, reflection and shared moments of integration.

for rest, nature, personal time or enjoying the resort.
3:00 p.m. Plant-Based Fine Dining Cooking Workshop
Led by Michelin-star chef Helena, this workshop combines plant-based cuisine with Ayurvedic inspiration and regional influences. Together we explore new flavors and experience cooking as a mindful and creative process.
Shared Dinner
After the workshop, we enjoy the dishes we prepared together in a relaxed dinner atmosphere.

Sunday – September 13
TIME FOR YOURSELF & COMMUNITY
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Shared Brunch
Time for exchange, reflection and sharing the experiences of the retreat together.
1:30 p.m. Optional Light Lunch

The afternoon is open for personal time – to rest, explore nature, connect with others or join optional excursions in the surrounding area.
6:30 p.m. Farewell Dinner
After dinner we gather by the fire and close the evening in connection and shared presence.

The Deep Reset sessions form the core of the retreat. Throughout the entire time on site, I will be present to hold the space and support the process – and I am available for personal exchange whenever needed.
ABOUT SABRINA
For several years, Sabrina Ragone has been guiding people in her private practice on their path to greater inner clarity and awareness.
In her work, she combines systemic coaching, visualization, and intuitive perception with a holistic view of the individual. At the heart of her approach is the conviction that lasting change does not arise from external concepts, but from an honest encounter with oneself.
An important part of her work is the conscious turning inward to one's own inner experience. When people learn to perceive what is at work within them, space opens up for inner clarity and new perspectives. Deeply ingrained patterns and imprints can also become visible and gradually realign themselves.
A particular strength of her work lies in her ability to quickly grasp the underlying dynamics and causes of personal challenges and thereby guide people into an inner state where profound processes of change become possible.
Sabrina works mindfully, presently, and on equal footing. Her guidance creates a safe space where people can pause, become more aware of their inner processes, and reconnect with what is essential within them.

Throughout our lives, we have experiences that cannot always be fully processed. This can create imprints and patterns that often continue to have an unconscious effect and influence how we think, feel, and act.
In her support, Sabrina creates a safe space where what is happening internally can be consciously perceived. Through mindful conversation, inner imagery, and different levels of perception, what has been operating in the background or keeps resurfacing becomes visible.
This is not about analyzing or judging problems. Rather, it is about turning towards what wants to be seen. When connections become visible, space opens up for new clarity and order.
This makes it possible to reconnect more deeply with oneself, to recognize one's own resources, and to develop new perspectives for one's own path.

Her Journey
​
Sabrina Ragone's professional journey originally began in the travel industry.
Personal challenges in life led her to engage more intensively with inner development and self-awareness. Her own life path, the experiences she has gained along the way, and the insights she has acquired form an important foundation for her work today. Various training courses and further education have deepened her understanding and practice.
A few years ago, she had a vision of creating retreat journeys—places where people can find peace, connect with one another, and discover new perspectives for their lives.
Today, her work combines many of the things that move and enrich her—connecting with people, movement and creativity, travel, and the opportunity to create spaces where genuine connection and personal growth are possible.
